The inclusion of breakfast was a nice addition. The location was very convenient in a central area close to convenience stores, places to eat, shop and it was conveniently close to the station.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and location was excellent.

The location is easy to find and close to Nagano Station. There are two convenience stores nearby, and you can walk to Zenkouji Temple from the hotel. The bed was comfortable, and even though we requested no room cleaning, we were provided with fresh towels and room wear. Overall, the hotel was a great value for the price we paid.

Hotel is conveniently located close to station. Staff were helpful, able to leave luggage early morning. Small breakfast provided was tasty.
